At VIBESNEAKS, we start crafting your order the moment it is placed! Because all our custom sneakers are uniquely made-to-order, we can only accommodate cancellations or changes within a very strict, limited timeframe to ensure your personalized sneaks are produced on schedule.
1. The 12-Hour Grace Window
Within 12 hours of purchase, you may request changes or cancellation completely free of charge. This includes updates to:
- Shipping Info: Customer name, shipping address, phone number, or email.
- Specs & Designs:: Sneaker sizes, colorways, or specific design variants (Retro Grunge, Cyber Vibes, etc.).
How to apply: Email us immediately at support@vibesneaks.com with your order number and requested changes in the subject line (e.g., "URGENT: Change Size for Order #1001").
2. Post-12 Hour Window (In Production)
Once the golden 12-hour window closes, your order automatically moves into our custom production line. At this stage:
- No Cancellations: We cannot cancel the order or issue a refund, as the custom raw materials are already being crafted and personalized for you.
- No Modifications: Sizes, designs, print themes, and shipping addresses cannot be altered. If a package is shipped to an incorrectly provided address after this window, the customer assumes full financial responsibility.
3. Address Correctness Responsibility
Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. If you discover a typo after the 12-hour mark, contact support@vibesneaks.com immediately. While we will try our absolute best to contact the carrier to redirect the package before dispatch, VIBESNEAKS cannot guarantee success and is not liable for lost packages due to buyer address errors.
4. Cancellation Refund Processing Timeline
For approved cancellations made within the 12-hour grace window, your full refund will be processed immediately from our side. The credit will automatically apply back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Shop Pay) within 3-5 business days, depending entirely on your local banking institution's clearing policies.
