At VIBESNEAKS, your satisfaction is our absolute mission. Because every pair of our custom sneakers is uniquely crafted and made-to-order just for you, we handle returns, replacements, and refunds with clear guidelines to protect both your experience and our craftsmanship.

💡 Standard Return Notice: As a champion of sustainable fashion, every pair of our sneakers is custom-printed and crafted on-demand just for you. For standard returns (Buyer's Remorse), while we gladly accept returns of pristine items, please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This enables us to maintain a zero-waste production ecosystem.

1. 14-Day Free Replacements (Quality Issues Only)

If the mistake is ours, we will make it right instantly. We proudly offer a 14-day replacement guarantee if your item arrives with any of the following verifiable issues:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Heavy stitching issues, sole separation, or core structural hardware problems.
  • Severe Print Flaws: Extreme discoloration, blurring, or incorrect graphic design alignment that does not match your original order preview.
  • Wrong Fulfillment: Incorrect product size, model, or color sent compared to your original order confirmation receipt.

How to claim: Simply email support@vibesneaks.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos demonstrating the manufacturing flaw.

2. Standard Returns & Refunds (Buyer's Remorse)

If you are simply not completely satisfied with the vibe of your fresh kicks, we accept standard returns for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a standard return, your sneakers must be completely unworn, unwashed, with no visible signs of street wear, and strictly in their original packaging.
  • Return Shipping & Hub Address: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns must be safely shipped with a trackable service to our global logistics processing hub: Mr. LI-YC9226, 570 Hayden Station Road, Units A & B, Windsor, CT 06095, United States (Tel: +1 914-520-4105).

3. Order Cancellations & Modifications

We allow order cancellations or modifications (size, address, design change) strictly within 12 hours of order placement. Once this window closes, your order moves into production, and no further changes or cancellations can be processed.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your returned package arrives back at our hub, our quality inspection team will review and approve it within 48 hours to ensure the item is unworn.

Upon approval, your refund will be instantly issued back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.) Please allow 3-5 business days for your local banking institution to process and officially reflect the balance in your account.
